Anselmo “Poncho” Claudio, III
Poncho started as a Salesman for PF Colliers in 1970 where door-to-door cold calling was a necessity. His first formal employment was with the National Grains Authority, now known as NFA (National Food Authority). Poncho ventured in the banking industry with his first job at Insular Bank of Asia and America, then Bancom and stuck to banking ever since.
Thereafter he tried entrepreneurship for ten years, so he has experienced both sides of the "fence" - Lending and Borrowing. He taught Accounting and Finance for four years at UAP (University of Asia and the Pacific) and retired from BDO (Banco De Oro) in 2010.
Poncho joined LINK because of its unique services offered to the Filipino entrepreneurs - Business Brokering. It greatly tickled his curiosity and has been an avid Business Broker since. He finds the responsibilities very challenging and works on molding himself to be an excellent broker delivering seamless service to clients.
