LORY PAMINTUAN known as “Lory” to her family and friends is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Marketing at Centro Escolar University (CEU) - Mendiola Manila.
She is a Real Estate Property Hunter of which she inherited her marketing and negotiation skills from her mother Lorenza, a real estate consolidator and facilitator in Batangas. Her mother influenced her to become a real estate agent and a real property hunter for industrial, commercial and residential development in the area of CaLaBaRZon and Central Luzon. This is where Lory got her business connections and network, met local and foreign businessmen as well as investors.
She is a former Chairman of Sangguniang Kabataan and loves volunteering for different causes like in the recent Relief Goods Operation for Evacuees of Taal Volcanic eruption 2020 and several medical mission.
After college she worked as Promodizer for Centrum, Stresstabs, Caltrate, Advil, Clusivol and other well-known brands. She worked also in selling over the counter products of Wyeth Consumer Healthcare. She learned a lot of promotional and marketing plan, when she had her On-the-Job Training at Marketing Department of CEU-Mendiola Manila. She gained knowledge about layout design for promotional and marketing materials. She was able to apply her knowledge to do campaign paraphernalia when her father ran as municipal councilor and eventually won 3 terms in their hometown at Balayan, Batangas.
Lory came from a family of businessmen in Batangas involved in mechanical and motor works, construction supply, hardware, aggregates business, hauling/trucking business, builders/contractors and real estate consolidation.
She owned a Soft Ice Cream Parlor at her hometown, but she was forced to close it in 2011 when she got the opportunity to work in Italy where she was able to develop her interpersonal relationship with different race and status. She met her employer, an Italian Professor and Businessman, Mr. P. Russo, an intermediary/broker to several Italian & foreign investors/businessmen. This is where Lory started to learn about business brokering.
In 2019, when her friend and colleague in real estate introduced LINK Philippines and invited her to be a Business Broker, she got excited and did not hesitate to join LINK Philippines. She believes that through her experience, she would be able to help sellers go through the process of sale. She can assist buyers, especially OFWs, to see the advantage of buying an operational business rather than starting one.
