His experience in the finance profession encompasses the full spectrum of financial services having worked in both the banking and client sides of the equation.
On the banking side, he has worked with a Commercial Bank, Private Development Bank, Finance Company, and Investment Bank, while on the client side; (he has worked as CFO/CEO with companies engaged in) Agribusiness, Software Development, Business Process Outsourcing, and nationwide Beverage Distribution.
In 2006, Jovie pursued his passion of running his financial consulting firm offering financial advisory for capital formation, business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, to both corporations and individual investors.
Having worked with different types of financial institutions, Jovie has learned how to deal with large corporations, small and medium enterprises, and high net worth individuals - add to this the insights gained in working for the client side has given him the unique perspective of seeing the true need of each party, a trait essential to effectively function as a financial intermediary and create a situation where both sides win!
