Did you know that simply knowing what areas of your business you can improve on helps increase the value and attractiveness of your business by 70%? There is so much more than just the bottom-line when it comes to valuing your business; and knowing these areas do more than just to “estimate value” – it creates value.
Gino believes that valuing a business is combination of art and rocket science – it's seldom a straightforward process, often comes in a range of outcomes, and is relative across observers. It takes years of experience to learn and appropriately assess business value from a combination of future returns, risks, and various tangible and intangible factors; and as value is relative, it takes even more years to be able to bridge the “value gap” between a seller and a buyer.
Armed with a decade of experience in handling mergers and acquisitions, Gino managed nearly 100 deals in various industries such as real estate, shipping and logistics, infrastructure, mining, manufacturing, healthcare, microfinance, F&B, hospitality, and SMEs, among others.
