ABBIE MACAPAGAL spent 17 years in the BPO industry as a Senior Operations Manager gaining competencies and skills in corporate operations, human resource, performance and financial management. Her main responsibility included business process management in Profit/Loss and Operating Income reporting. This valuable experience led her profession to business administration and consultancy jobs for both established and start-up companies.
Prior to a career in the BPO industry, Abbie successfully established her own preschool and catering businesses located in Ortigas. She is knowledgeable in setting up, establishing and running a good business.
As a LINK Business Broker, Abbie has demonstrated leadership strengths and proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities, be an effective communicator, direct relationship building and navigate the negotiation process in a fast-paced environment with critical details. She is well organized with attention to detail. She works well independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
On a personal note, Abbie is a proud mom of 3 athletic boys (a martial artist, a swimmer and a basketball player) and loves to cook. Many people have found her personal traits, characteristics and qualities admirable and always positive.
